My hair is just so short that I actually couldn’t tell you accurately exactly how good of a product it is. I will say that I fried my short hair with bleach, and this was my attempt at recovering what I could of my curl pattern. It definitely made some improvement, if you have long hair get more than a packet tho!!! I ended up chopping off the parts of my hair that I just didn’t like the way they were curling, but I would try it again if I felt like my texture was getting away from me! Like any product with Chemicals it will remove semi permanent hair color.

So I almost felt like I should give it four stars, but there’s no real problems with the product.
