Easy to sew with. Review: Holds together very well - It's very light and sturdy. It holds together very well even under tension. I used hot glue on it and attached pieces together to make a pair of horns. Some of the segments are under tension because it had to be bent into the curved shape that I wanted. Some corners are pretty tight, but the foam didn't fray. Pleasant surprise. Also didn't need primer for painting it. Used gold acrylic paint on mine. Needed 2-3 coats to get the effect I wanted. Might've gone on better with primer, but eh. Not bad. Great quality foam. For the size of horns I made (segments + base) I used about a little less than half of the sheet.
