This stuff is great. Like absolutely great. It has such a deep and rich umami flavor with ginger and scallion all those other things you think about with delicious Ramen broth all in this little packet.To make it, I put a pot of water on the stove, I add in the liquid from this packet, and some frozen handmade noodles from the Asian store. I drop in an egg in the shell to let it soft boil while it cooks, I throw in some fish balls and squid balls and lobster balls, some vegetables and just let it go for five or six minutes. I top it with some freshly sliced scallions, a few sesame seeds, and a little sesame oil. It makes an absolutely terrific Ramen bowl. A box of these sauces has like 20 in there so it’ll last you a while. But I know as soon as I’m out I’m ordering again.
