The big scar in my heel hurts when i walk and I've tried differe types of shoes without a lot of luck. I thought an insole might do the trick and others said it helped their heel pain. They seem to cradle my foot and heel and support it enough so that the heel pain is gone when I walk. They were absolutely comfortable from the start and even my ankle seems a bit less painful.
