A: Not sure about black dots, but mine has dark purple, some yellow colors. You may want to reach out to the seller or Amazon. Hopefully it's just colorations.

A: I do not have any idea I guess you can call he manufacturer.

**Q: Is this a coated tablet that won't stick to my tongue?**
A: The packaging does not say that this tablet is coated. However, it does appear to have a slick coating. I've not had one stick to my tongue and they go down easily.
