**Q: Where is product made**
A: Most likely China.  The casings and cords could be made anywhere, but the rods mostly come from China (probably about 99%), or Austria (but you won't be getting the Austrian manufactured stuff at THIS price).

**Q: Does this humidor require seasoning such as the use of boveda for cigars humidity control for humidor seasoning?**
A: My husband did not use seasoning.  However, after looking at other humidor videos, he did wipe down the entire inside including the shelf with distilled water as the humidity was not coming up. He also added more than the recommended 10 drops!
It took about 3 days, but it is consistent at 68%.

**Q: Where in this did you guys stick the humidifer? On the top part (the glass)? Or perhaps under the removable tray? It seems like it takes a lot of spac**
A: Under the removable tray.

**Q: Got one for my birthday.  Had it less than a month and the punch came off. Is there a warranty?  Or a way to replace it?**

This is the third humidor I’ve bought from Amazon over the years and the first one I’ve bought from this company. I love it! It looks really nice and does exactly what I need to do. This is a great addition to my bar area in the house where I keep my cigars- I’ve gotten quite a few compliments. I would definitely recommend this product.
