The seller called me, assessed the problem, and resolved it to a very satisfactory level. I love my Jack Stalker and I am very satisfied with my experience. ### ⭐⭐⭐ $400 malfunctioning monster *by M***Y on October 16, 2024* The media could not be loaded. I love the monster , I really do. $400 feels a bit expensive but the sound is really clear and the pumpkin feature is really cool. It only is visible at night though. This isn’t quite as difficult to set up as some of the other animatronics I’ve gotten in the past, but the eyes don’t even light up :( it takes hours to put together and it malfunctions- so disappointing.
