The amount of time it takes to reach the fully charged state varies drastically depending on the charger you use and also the capacity of lipo batteries that are used. Mine takes a couple of hours to charge and I am using 4x 2000mah lipo batteries with a USB 2.0 2 amp basic wall charger. My flashlights (2) use 18650s and are rechargeable. I have a head lamp 18650s too. Everything is rechargeable so if my lights are charged I can swap batteries into this. If flashlights need power I pulled them from this. Also, it lets me have back up power to charge devices. Why 4 not 5 stars?
