I contacted Inamio through Facebook but never got a message back. So then I started the return through Amazon and I returned the bad one and got one the next day that's right-side up.I am extremely impressed with the quality of the paper and design. It starts with Nov. 2021 and goes through January 2023. The 365 day view is great. I really like having all the monthly views in the beginning of the book. And the weekly pages are military time 0 -24 with plenty of room at the bottom for notes! Even has two ribbons to keep track of where you are in the year. At the end of the year it has about 20 pages of gridded pages for whatever notes or other things you need to keep track of! (Would be handy to have another ribbon for these pages but I just keep a bookmark back there.)Overall great planner! I plan on getting another one next year! It's very well designed. I like both larger and smaller sizes. The features that I love about it are that all 7 days have equal space on the weekly layouts (with additional space for notes); there are monthly layouts in the front of the week; there are pages for notes; and I don’t have to worry too much about the kind of pen I’m using for bleed through/ghosting. Although it has 2 ribbons to use as bookmarks, I also use 3 Avery removable tabs to mark the current month, week, and notes.
