It’s nice that it has options for kneading, vibration, or both along with heat. I am petite, so the rollers sometimes feel a little wide for me, but I can shift my position to get the areas I want most. I wish it hit the neck area a little more. The controls are easy to use, so far it has been durable and reliable. It’s easy to move around to different chairs. I have found this to be a lot better quality than her massagers. I have tried in the past. Review: Cheaper than masseuse, not for petite frames - The product is great quality, good material doesn’t feel like a lot of corners are cut unlike so many things mass manufactured today. I got this for my wife who has regular back and shoulder tightness due to hospital work. However she is quite small and though it works fairly well for my larger proportions, it does nothing for her. The track bumps up against her spine, (again a petite issue with less volume of muscle surrounding her spinal column) the balls that knead don’t quite hit her in the spots that really need work. It seems like a great product, slim in features but well built. But doesn’t work in our particular case. My wife has found more success with a massage rolling stick and a hand ball roller. Disappointed this one wouldn’t let her enjoy an automated massage, but others who are taller may find this to be a great buy. ## Features - Deep-Kneading Shiatsu Massage: Massage nodes dig deep as they travel up and down your back to soothe stiff and aching muscles; soothing heat offers added relaxation - Vibration Massage: The Shiatsu plus Kneading and Vibration Massage Cushion with Heat loosens tight lumbar muscles with optional vibration massage for ultimate relief - 3 Massage Zones: Use the convenient handheld controller to easily target your upper, lower, or full back for a custom massage - Thoughtful Design: Integrated strapping system allows you to use the massage cushion on almost any chair or seat; premium upholstered fabric and metallic detailing offer optimal comfort and added luxury - What’s in the Box: (1) HoMedics Shiatsu plus Kneading and Vibration Massage Cushion with Heat, (1) 2-Year Limited Warranty, (1) Quick-Start Guide ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09GW6YGS3 | | Best Sellers Rank | #142,275 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #294 in Electric Foot Massagers #559 in Electric Back Massagers | | Brand | Homedics | | Brand Name | Homedics | | Color | Grey | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 241 Reviews | | Form Factor | attachment | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00031262103307 | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 24.49"L x 5.31"W x 17.56"H | | Item Highlight | Handheld Remote, Lumbar Vibration Waves, 3 Massage Zones, Upper, Lower,Full Back,Fits Most Chairs, Premium Fabric | | Item Weight | 8.8 pounds | | Manufacturer | HoMedics | | Manufacturer Part Number | MCS-382HJ | | Massage Therapy Technique | Kneading, Shiatsu, Vibration | | Massager Form | Massage Seat Pad | | Material | Fabric | | Material Type | Fabric | | Model Name | MCS-382HJ | | Model Number | MCS-382HJ | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Heat | | Power Source | Corded Electric | | Product Benefits | Fatigue Relief | | Product Grade | Home | | Specific Uses For Product | muscle relaxation, stress relief, pain relief | | Style Name | Modern | | Target Use Body Part | Back | | UPC | 031262103307 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Use for | Back | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Homedics - **Item Weight:** 8.8 pounds - **Material:** Fabric - **Power Source:** Corded Electric - **Use for:** Back ## Images ![Homedics Shiatsu Back Massage Cushion with Heat, Deep Kneading Massager - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61eGwey9btL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soothing comfort *by A***L on January 29, 2025* This massager works well. I got this for my wife who has regular back and shoulder tightness due to hospital work. However she is quite small and though it works fairly well for my larger proportions, it does nothing for her. The range of motion on the traveling motors is pretty good, and there are a number of function to make the massage concentrate on a specific area. Make no mistake, the massaging action is strong- if the machine has good contact with your back, it's capable of bruising you. Or, as I like to call it, hurts so good. I think the contact/massage on the upper back could be better, but overall this Homedics device does what I bought it for- lower back relief. It has an auto-off feature that can't be disabled. I'm sure that's a safety feature, but it would be better if it had a timer feature, instead. ## Frequently Bought Together - Homedics Shiatsu + Kneading & Vibration Massage Cushion with Heat, Deep Kneading, Handheld Remote, Lumbar Vibration Waves, 3 Massage Zones, Upper, Lower, Full Back, Fits Most Chairs, Premium Fabric - Homedics Back and Neck Massager, Portable Shiatsu All Body Massage Pillow with Heat, Targets Upper and Lower Back, Neck and Shoulders.
