**Q: What is the warranty on this RC?**
A: Not sure of the warranty but any issue is addressed with their customer service department.   There is a QR code on the back of the manual to scan.

**Q: One of my springs broke, where can I find replacement accessories?**
A: my grandson and niece 4ys and 3 yrs used and abused it for 2 hrs. now it wont make left turns but still runs. i looked up utube for spareparts and homemade fixes. cause it cost too much to fix at the rc toy repair shop. hopefully this will answer your question.

This truck is awesome. My grandkids love it. Will go over any obstacle in my yard. Had a part break on it so I contacted the company to see if I could order new parts to fix it. I get an email back a few hours later telling me my product is on the way. Today it arrived. Was expecting parts but I was sent a whole new truck. My 4 year old who is into RC vehicles and wanted an “off-road” RC loved this vehicle, but it only lasted 3-4 hours of operation before the front drive motor (has one rear drive motor too) stopped working and it lost “4 whee drive”, and was incapable of driving effectively on any surface. Called DEERC customer service and they offered to send a replacement motor or 1-time vehicle replacement. We aren’t handy and the toy is clearly not designed for easy self-service repair, so we opted for the replacement and are awaiting receipt. Pros: Plug & play, easy to learn controls, good speed for younger drivers, good tires Cons: Durability, controller quality (turn dial sticks on), reduced power in cold conditions, customer service experience
