Or so I believed based on the pictures. For the price that I paid for this, what a huge disappointment. It looks and feels very cheap, just came in a zip lock bag, and I can tell it won't last long. It's battery operated (at least it came with a cheap battery), and it's twist activated (no switch or button). That means that the bottom part where you twist is loose in the Off position, and can fall out including the battery. It comes with a screw to 'lock' the battery in, which only works to keep it locked if it's off. If you want to turn it on, you have to remove the screw. So many safety hazards here, especially for the audience this item is intended for. Potential exposed battery and small parts, a screw that is kind of useless and can be swallowed, etc. Also, it's meant to be on or near the mouth, so it's exposed to moisture, so another issue. The attachments are hard plastic, and got distorted within seconds. I sincerely paid way too much for this.
