But I looked it up on the internet and they said to just use the felt pads. I use the filter pads two separate cups one with plenty water one with the powder. Then I put the damp felt pad in the powder and then likely buffed that on the windshield. Then I used a hose to rinse the residue from the windshield once I left it for the approximately 10 minutes per window.
