Because coughs can switch from dry to chesty during the cough cycle, this medicine takes the hassle out of choosing the right product.How to UseTake 1-2 pastilles every 4 hours, 4 times a day. Allow dissolving in the mouth through sucking. If required, up to a maximum of 12 pastilles can be taken per day. Check with your doctor, pharmacist or qualified healthcare practitioner if you are not sure.Safety WarningDo not give to children under 12 years. Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not use if you are pregnant, breast-feeding or allergic to any of the ingredients. Talk to a doctor if symptoms worsen or persist after 7 days. Keep out of sight and reach of children.IngredientsEach pastille contains the active ingredient: 59.5mg of extract (as dry extract) from Thyme herb (Thymus vulgaris L. and Thymus zygis L.,herb) (DER 7-13:1) Extraction solvent: water. My niece living in Spain recommended these and we found them on Amazon- so far we find that these suppress a cough and help speed up recovery. They are a cross between a lozenge and a gummy so you can chew or let dissolve- try them!
