I have several TB3 docking stations between my home office and my office, and this will NOT work with them. Other than the above, the machine arrived in very good condition. There were a few scratches on the case, and some residue, but the overall physical appearance was good. The "1" key is a bit janky, so I may see if I can resolve that. It came preloaded with Windows 11 Pro, so if you want Windows 10 then you may be out of luck. Windows 11 is probably the better choice however, because support on Windows 10 is end-of-life. The machine performs fairly well for its age - don't expect gaming rig level performance, however. Since this is just going to be used by me to access webapps, I am probably going to dual boot with Linux, which requires much lower hardware resources than Windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the battery health. Going into the diagnostics and the BIOS, it appears that the cells have plenty of cycles left on them and the battery lasts for 4 or 5 hours of web browsing, which I consider excellent for a machine of this age.

Exactly what I ordered! A refurbished laptop thats cheap! Perfect for a sudden vacation! The customer service was amazing! It came with windows 11 instead of 10 but I simply downgraded to 10 which is a simple fix! No damage to the laptop scratches ect, it works great and does exactly what it says and what I paid for.
