Listen to your body, and the symptoms will tell you what needs cleaning up. I wish I had been more aware younger or I would not have had my gallbladder removed. We all have to forgive ourselves for what we don’t know in life. Also, the patches are the most effective the first 8 hours. This does. To mean you’re still not getting any glutathione after the first 8 hours. I wear mine every night before bed till I shower the following day. You can’t compare a patch mg to pill mg to an injection mg. These are all absorbed differently. If I were advising someone who has gut issues and just looking for a quick fix this probably wouldn’t be enough. Most gut issues take a good year to get back to a healthy biome. Be patient.
