Prior to this product, I’ve tried several products like OTC pain gels and creams found in the local grocery stores or pharmacy which will give instant relief but only for about a couple of hours then I would wake up in the middle of the night in pain when the effects wears off. I’ve read reviews about many other products in Amazon including the reviews for this product and I am skeptical about using arnica oils and such. I took a gamble and decided to go for this one. It was worth it! I massage my calfs and feet with this product at night prior going to bed for about 3 nights in a row now. I had not had any itchy/allergic reactions despite my skin being sensitive and dry but, most of all, I haven’t awakened at night due to leg cramps. The scent to me isn’t bad and doesn’t linger too long either which is another plus as I’ve also used other massage oils prior to this one. The scent will smell a bit strong at first but will disappear once you rub the oil in your hands and start massaging in your skin.
