For what ever reason, Arnicahelps relieve ongoing pain issues due to over stressing muscles, joints and tendons.I am retirement age and as anyone knows, nothing seems to heal well as you age.It is like you pull a muscle or tendon and that is it. You are stuck with the pain forever.Well, this stuff seems to help relieve the pain and with regular use on the affectedarea, will eliminate it. I had a bad issue with my lower leg when I decided to do abit of running for a cardio work out as per my cardiologist's instructions. Of course,my right lower leg developed an issue in the calf. I tried all kinds of creams and suchand nothing helped. I decided to try this and after a month, the pain dissipated andafter a second month it went away completely. Now I use from my knees to my anklesbefore running and so far so good. The pain has not come back. Everyone is different.All I know is that this oil works for me. If you have stress injuries this stuff is worth a try.Also, it does not have a strong smell like many pain creams do.
