They probably mentioned these things are NOT in this product not only because they are allergens for some people, but also because all of these things are common ingredients in typical Thai foods. It is very good! It’s described as “punchy” and it is but not overwhelming. The basil is the dominant flavor, which is perfect. I would add garlic anyway so this gives me the ability to add more fresh garlic to taste.
