I occasionally have issues with moving around with my uper body or bending over but these are definitely great to wear if you're doing light house work, sitting down doing a task or taking a brisk walk. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend it! it works *by M***T on Reviewed in the United States on June 18, 2017* this brace forces me to sit straight. I have developed a terrible slouch especially when sitting at the computer & also driving long trips. It's not magic--slouching with it on is uncomfortable so I'm developing better habits. I ordered one and it was too big. I ordered the small one and it was way to small and not made correctly. One side was 2 inches shorter than the other to where you couldn't even put it on. The large was way to large and when you cinched up the shoulders the fabric bunched up in the arm pit and the buckle was in the arm pit as well making it painful to my armpit area. If they made a medium or inbetween size it would certainly help. Since I couldn't wear either size I am not sure if this product would help or not.
