I see new packaging and have heard different things anyone know? Thanks :)** A: It is still the same. **Q: Is this matte or dewy** A: I would call this more dewy than matte. That being said it doesnt take much of this stuff to get the job done. And a bit of powder really knocks the dewyness down. This is still one of my faves. Just have to watch out.
