Review: Best fry-pan ever. - This is the best fry pan I have ever used, non-stick or otherwise. I've had it for almost a year and I can find no fault with it. When you prepare it as per the instructions that come with it, it is indeed non-stick, much more so than any other surface I have ever tried. Beats the green and blue pans completely. I have no idea what went wrong with the people who gave bad reviews-- I'm guessing they didn't read the instructions, for one thing. I'm sufficiently impressed that I am going to buy other styles and sizes in the same finish.

This is the worst possible pan you could buy. It gunks up every time I use it and only the most abrasive scrubber will sort of clean this "nonstick" pan. I've had it a month and am about to throw it out.

This is the best fry pan I have ever used, non-stick or otherwise. I've had it for almost a year and I can find no fault with it. When you prepare it as per the instructions that come with it, it is indeed non-stick, much more so than any other surface I have ever tried. Beats the green and blue pans completely. After purchasing a glass top range, I had to replace my old cookware. When I used the skillet, the material caused the food to stick. I received the CeraPan for Christmas and I love it! When I fried and scrambled eggs in it for the first time, they cooked beautifully.
