It's REALLY nice that the highest resolution is dead center since my current slide holder has side to side stops that keeps me from viewing anything but the center third of the slide (I know bad slide holder, but that is what was included with my microscope). Good resolution for the Andonstar 249S digital microscope. The lines are sharp and well defined and the "cross pattern" allows you to check both horizontal and vertical resolution on the digital capture.
