But even my old Daddy's from the 1960's still works fine! So why did I spring the $15 for yet another everyday carry one??? METRIC! I seem to work with so much stuff that needs "metric" measurements now... Quality and all that is just fine as always... Some are worried about it being plastic, but it is the very high quality kind of plastic is very light weight, so zero worries. Not sure where it is made but I bet it has molecules from all over the universe. :D So just as expected, and it will work perfectly for me with no issues at all.

Good tape measure! 3/4” blade with one side inches and the other in millimeters, centimeters and meters! Works great and retracts fine! I checked the accuracy of the blade tip by extending and compressing to make sure it is the same measurement either way and it’s good! So I’m happy the unit!
