I have to drink 2-3 pouches per day to aid in my 70grams of protein per day.These aren't sickly sweet but offer a very good flavor - I grew up on grape juice drinks and these are reminiscent full of flavor. My only grievance, PRICE! Ranging from my experience 11.95-13.95 for 7 pouches - but then for me they are meal replacements. They just went up in price, as such my ordering has gone down. I will continue to order and drink these. I have on occasion been shopping at the right time and managed a discounted rate (bought 10 boxes) so its not unheard of.
