It has a long, thick handle and two sets of stainless steel, dishwasher-safe blades - a shorter one and a longer one. I'm not sure why you would need two different *sizes* but I think it's nice they included two different *sets* of blades so you can use one for meat and another for vegetables, for example, and not have to constantly wash the knives to avoid cross-contamination. On top of that, there is a quick release for taking the blades out for when you want to switch blades or wash them. This knife also comes with a safety lock where you have to keep your thumb pushed up on the "unlock" button and then use your pointer finger on the "trigger" to get it to activate. Personally, I think it is a bit silly to have on here because it is still a knife so whether or not it is moving shouldn't make all that much of a difference if someone accidentally grabs the blade or something. Knives are sharp and you should always take care around them, whether or not they're electric. It is also cordless and rechargeable, which in my opinion is the best feature. It takes about an hour and a half to get a full charge and then you can use it for just over an hour before needing to charge it again. You can also use it while it is plugged in if you prefer but I love that I don't have to be tied to an outlet in order to use it, especially when just about all of my outlets in the kitchen are already being used. Lastly, it makes quick work of anything you're cutting. I've never had an electric knife before and I was blown away by how fast it cuts. Oh, I do want to point out that it is pretty loud but I think with something like this which seems like it has a good motor and a lot of power behind it that is to be expected.

**Q: Anybody know the lithium battery in the knife? Thanks**
A: Nope

**Q: Can it cut raw chicken?**
A: I personally feel that raw chicken shouldn't be cut with an electric knife.  Using a sharp knife is a safer way. Just cut into the joints of the bird. I've done it this way for all my cooking life.  
An electric knife could slip and splinter the bones.  Also raw chicken could contaminate the electric knifes' seams,
if not sanitized properly.

**Q: This doesn't come with a case? Who does that? I would buy if it did...**
A: It really works great, and it’s inexpensive enough it would be worth it to buy a cheep case to put it in.

**Q: Which blades are for meat, and which are for bread**
A: I couldn't remember but the instructions or paper work said which was which.  sorry but I never keep that stuff

First off, this thing is big and powerful. It has a long, thick handle and two sets of stainless steel, dishwasher-safe blades - a shorter one and a longer one. I'm not sure why you would need two different *sizes* but I think it's nice they included two different *sets* of blades so you can use one for meat and another for vegetables, for example, and not have to constantly wash the knives to avoid cross-contamination. On top of that, there is a quick release for taking the blades out for when you want to switch blades or wash them.
