He's a 9-10. The medium was way too small. The sleeves were short on him, but as soon as he put it on, he knew he like them. We then ordered the Large in 2 colors. Even at the Large, he's not able to take advantage of the thumb wholes in the cuffs of the sleeves. He said "oh well..Large is good enough". So should you buy this shirt.. I can't speak for durability and the sizes do run small, but with 2 thumbs up from a picky dresser..
