**Q: How do I sharpen this?**
A: It’s very easy to do. Pull down on sharpener at end of  pencil. Wind up liner slightly and use sharpener to gently twist around the end.  I do it over a piece of tissue so as not to mess up my carpet. I generally twist only twice as it leaves a great finish and means I don't waste too much

**Q: Which colour is the model wearing?**
A: I can’t see the model to which you are referring to but when looking at Laura Geller on Amazon, which ever colour you click on to view is the colour worn by model, along with a separate picture of the shade Brown Sugar. I’ve used 4 different shades and all were true to the colour swatch and modelled tone.

**Q: Smudge proof? Easy to remove?**
A: Yes, it can be removed easily with any make-up remover product.

**Q: Is blackbird black confused with colour**
A: Not entirely sure what you mean by confused but blackbird is simply their name for black.  I have used it for years and it is as black as any other black.

I love brow pens. I used to use the Nyx Lift and Snatch but I hated how much I would have to keep flicking due to the pigment being so light and needing layers. This pen is so much better. It is pigmented and one flick does the job to make the brow hair. I tried the 3 prong tip but it also comes with 1 tip. I prefer the one tip as it provides more control but both equally effective. This will be my new go to for eye brow cosmetics. It also works great over clear brow gel it doesn’t change colors or anything when mixed together. All in all, a must buy for anyone needing a good tool to fill in sparse brows. I bought the medium brown. It was perfect.
