I have a new Sterns & Foster pillow top that measures 15" thick and it was snug, but fit just fine. I think people are running into trouble if they are trying to fit the cover on when the mattress is laying flat. If you can get someone to help you, stand the mattress up on end, start at the top and work your way down ensuring you have it square and the proper side on the top side of the mattress. Once all the material is pulled down to within a foot or so from the bottom, you can lay it back down to finish it off and zipper it up. Just try and pull the zipper sections as close as possible and your won't have any problem. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great cover. I had to return it though because ... *by K***C on January 29, 2018* Great cover.
