If you buy this, you know you are in for some elbow grease and customization. I bought 2 6x8 speakers to go in this fairing, and had to drill out the holes to mount them, and they look and hold great! I also had to use a dremel tool to shave out a tiny bit of the rectangle cutout for the radio, so it would fit snugly.My issue was twofold, one of which is a minor issue.Firstly, the instructions that came with in the packaging kinda sucked. I had found an amazing YouTube video ahead of time, and used that as my step-by-step guide to installing the fairing. The instructions included were on regular sheet paper, and were not very comprehensive or clear. Oh well, not that big of an issue.Secondly, I tested that the two halves fit together when I received my fairing (excellent packaging, by the way), and they seemed fine. After installing on my bike, the right side of the fairing pulled apart a bit, and left a small gap where it is supposed to be sealed. I haven't had problems with rain, since it'll just drain out if rain gets in there, but it is rather frustrating that this otherwise great product ended up having a bit of a fault.I am posting this review many months after purchase, because I've been busy, and wanted to make sure I couldn't fix the issue myself by taking it apart/putting it back together again. I would gladly give this product 4 stars if the instructions were a bit more clear, and/or had better pictures to help illustrate each step.
