We couldn’t fix it and the ended up replacing it. We brought new note stickers on the keys because my daughter is using this to practice her lessons. This is a wonderful and cute keyboard.It was great when it worked. I brought this as a Christmas present for my 7 year old. 2 months later it just stopped working and I don’t know why.
