The first one was for hair and nails and the second was organic milk thistle. I am very pleased with this brand and was pleased to hear they have probiotics (they don't have a huge selection of supplements - they need to get more!).I am very pleased with these probiotics. This was one of the ONLY ones that clearly states 15 strains and 50 billion CFUs of probiotics. Other ones said "the most" but this is the only one that states how many. It's also just one capsule which is nice. It doesn't state when to take them, just to take them once a day.To clear this up, you should take it on an empty stomach. I usually take them when I first wake up or at the end of the day before bed if I forget. I've been taking them for about 1.5 weeks and they are very gentle, I don't notice any gas or bloating like I has from cheaper probiotics. Very gentle on the stomach. So far I'm happy. I have a 30 day supply so I'll update this at the end of the month.
