I took FREEDOM CLEANSE RESTORE for 2 weeks (following the instructions on the bottles) and my stomach started hurting along my left side. I thought maybe that was it working but after a week of pain and soreness, I stopped. I went to a Functional medicine doctor and he said there are too many ingredients in these products to know what could be causing discomfort. He said there should be more specific, simpler ingredients for whatever is going on in my labs. Too broad of spectrum of ingredients. A person needs to know specifics so they can treat with a specific remedy. So I threw away the rest of the bottles. I've done several cleanses over the years, and this was was effective and gentler than others I've used. The very first day I felt lots of activity in my stomach, and I did go through many physical changes during the month, but none were unmanageable. I was able to continue working my full time job and maintain life's activities, with only minimal nausea or feeling sick. On day 28 I had a tough day with exhaustion.
