Review: Solid product. Good company. Tastes good - Delicious bulgur wheat. Very small so it can be used just like regular - and probably for fine desserts made with a finer texture. Good product, reliable company. It's really too small to make tabouli though. I make a pilaf with seasonings and veggies which is great as an accompaniment to meet. Also I just eat it for breakfast cuz it's good for you.
