It helps heal nerves and my ankle had a bad wound on it, lots of nerve pain, then surgery. This helped a lot with healing my ankle nerves. 2. Burns belly fat! Vit B1 is used up in the storage of excess carbs into belly fat, creating a short supply. In order to burn this fat you also need Vit B1 but now it is in short supply. Taking a supplement will allow you to get the most of exercising to burn it off. Belly fat is insulin resistance, so be sure to stop eating white refined carbs if you have it. Keto diet helps a lot. Adding Benfotiamine really works well. 3. Diabetic Neuropathy - this helps support and heal nerves. 4.
