This was my first time trying muesli and I love how versatile it is. Whether my patient is in the mood for something warm or cold, this product is a great option for a filling meal or snack. I first tried it out warm, and while its similar to oatmeal that way, I love the added texture the ingredients like chia seeds, buckwheat groats and the different nuts/seeds add to it. I also love that its not overly sweet like some other products out there, which gives you the option to add extra sweetness to it if you'd like. You can also have it cold or use it for overnight oats or just sprinkle it on your yogurt. I can't wait to try out the different recipes they have for it on their website too!
