The winds right now are 10 mph with gusts up to 25 mph and the spinner just sways back and forth. I’ve tried it with the blades fanned out in different positions and with the 2nd swivel hook on and off the tail, but to no avail. It’s hanging next to another spinner I bought that got more than a few negative reviews for not spinning, and that one is spinning so fast it looks like it’s ready to take flight when the gusts blow! I love these kinds of spinners and really wanted this one to work. I’ve added video of the two spinners side by side and you can see this one just sways back and forth. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ UpBlend Sells Great Spinners *by C***W on Reviewed in the United States on June 3, 2017* Excellent quality. I liked this spinner/stabilizer so much, I bought one more Moonrise spinner and two of the Sunrise spinners!! It is also worth mentioning that UpBlend Outdoors sends e-mails thanking customers for their purchases and sends an instructional PDF for fanning the spinners.
