Review: Can’t make dosas work - It tastes great but I just can’t seem to make the batter work for dosas. I may just mix them with my dhokla mix and make those instead. Instructions don’t ask for overnight fermenting but perhaps that’s what’s needed to get the batter to work for dosas.

Very nice batter but takes time to cook and can get sticky. Really healthy ingredients and tasty. We just need to make sure to grease the pan well and be patient for it to cook.
