I got it for my 7 year old for Christmas along with a basic sewing kit. She has been practicing and loves the projects; my only complaint is that you have to photocopy the the patterns, often at 200%, and since we have the Kindle version I thought I could just print them for her. Alas, Kindle does not allow you to print anything, so we cannot use the patterns.
