I have been getting it for several years and usually eat it with my morning cereal. It also tastes great on its own or in yogurt bowls, ice cream, etc. The coconut is roasted to perfection, which gives it much more flavor than raw coconut and a nice, crunchy texture. It’s very easy to crumble the strips with your fingers or rolling pin if you want smaller pieces. Unlike some other varieties I’ve tried, the salt and sugar content are relatively low. I love that I can buy it in bulk, as it reduces the price of each bag. Plus, the bags are relatively small, so I go through them quickly.
