A: Hello Maro, This multivitamin is completely iron-free! Dr. Myers now only offers an Iron-Free version of this Multivitamin, so she just made the name more simple.

**Q: Why would something that is supposed to be so good for you add magnesium stearate?**
A: It’s possible to create medication capsules without magnesium stearate, but it’s more difficult to guarantee the consistency and quality of those capsules. Magnesium stearate is used to delay breakdown and absorption of medications, so they’re absorbed in the correct area of the bowel.

**Q: Is this suitable for vegans?**
A: No dairy or soy. Has cellulose. Don't see any vegan no-nos on label.

**Q: What percentage of vitamin k is in this vitamin**
A: 21%
