Review: Some additional information - Excellent tubular locks. These are keyed alike, the bitting code for both locks I received is 2363573 key code 10001. These use a standard 137B key blank, so duplicate keys are easy to make. You can take the key out in either the opened or locked position. The takedown pin is not threaded, so you would have to drill it out, tap the hole, and put in a new pin to rekey the lock. The pin does appear to be brass, so the drilling process should be easy A tailpiece is included and can be installed in any of 4 directions. A rotation stop is included so the lock can only turn 1/4 turn. The 1/4 turn aligns with the holes that let you take the key out.

It fit perfectly and worked with locking bars inside the cabinet. It was so easy to install, took only 2 minutes. The lock is so smooth when I turn the key. I’m very impressed with the lock. I would definitely order more if I ever need another one for something else

A: Yes

**Q: can i use this as a replacment on my truck door**
A: If you are talking about a storage access door, then the answer is yes.  For an entrance door it would not be good.   Remove the old lock and if it is a lock like is typical on camper storage compartments then this would be a replacement

**Q: The different sizes offered refer to exactly what measurement? Apparently not threaded length as I had assumed.**
A: The measurements refer to the length and width of the lock

**Q: if i order 1/1/8 and 3/8 in same order can they be keyed same or will they be different**
A: not sure of this but tell them to key the same.
