Review: This will be a workhorse burner. - Easy to use, and worked all afternoon without problems. Bought this unit for brewing beer and was not sure it could heat 8 gallons and keep it boiling. I was pleasantly surprised that it quickly went from 150 to 215 degrees and I kept it boiling for over and hour at half power. I did have to wire a new outlet for 220v,but now I have a brew station instead of the kitchen.

Easy to use, and worked all afternoon without problems. Bought this unit for brewing beer and was not sure it could heat 8 gallons and keep it boiling.
