## Questions & Answers

**Q: If you post to france does it include VAT custome?**
A: Yes

**Q: How long is the warranty on this phone?**
A: 12 months Warranty

**Q: Does this come with installed screen protector**
A: Hi,

It does and it save me a lot of trouble putting one on. Very good phone that still uses Google play store. The Finger print sensor at the bottom of the front screen is just heaven to use and also the facial recognition is hard to fault. cheers

**Q: Is this phone wireless charging please**
A: No, not to my knowledge since buying it.

Although after several months of ownership, I would rather go back to my SAMSUNG Note 10.
Much easier to use with more flexibility like swiping and switching between apps and programmes.

Photos are great and so is the battery life...but other than that, the SAMSUNG phones are designed much better in my view.
