**Q: Why so much? Costco sells for 9.99 a bag**
A: Costco bag is 9.5oz and on sale currently for $6'ish. I'm guessing someone is buying these at Costco, marking them up and reselling them through Amazon.

**Q: Are they Kosher?**
A: No where on the package does it state that the product is kosher.

**Q: Do you need to refrigerate after opening?**
A: No need to refrigerate

**Q: Couldn't you just make these by baking parmesan? I make my own taco shells and chips from cheese, wouldn't this work the same?**
A: Wouldn't be the same. I think they use a process where they make a Parmesan foam which they bake.

I have used to buy it from the other seller for more than 10 years. However, the seller stopped selling this item. I have been looking for an alternative source. Buying 2 in a pack from this seller reduced the unit cost per bag. Even though it is slightly more expensive, this is believed to be the best solution. It is fresh, tasty and crunch as I like. I highly recommend it to you.
