Lube o rings when installing. Review: The easiest adjustable FPR - I bought this for my 1999 k2500 suburban with the 7.4l 454. I was having mild stuttering at normal acceleration and bogging conditions under more forceful acceleration. I had originally replace the FPR with a new Delphi FPR from RockAuto and still was only getting 50 psi on the fuel rail with the same issues. The Suburban ran and idled fine outside of the above mentioned issues. I still was not happy with the results and ended up here through some forum research. This FPR works great and is fully adjustable, my motor psi spec calls for 58 to 62 psi for proper operation and I was able to get this FPR adjusted to that setting easily with no issue. The set screw in the front is how you adjust it, it is an Allen key. Turn the set screw to the right to raise the psi and to the left to lower it. It held with in spec settings both with just the ignition on and also while the motor was running. All running issues have been eliminated and I could not be more pleased.
