If you MISS a spot or think you did not get enough on a spot-DO NOT try to spray RIGHT ON IT! JUST come BACK with your SECOND spray and make sure to go over that missed area! after you do 2 coats --LET IT SIT, for about 20 minutes( if it is tacky to the touch- just wait 5 more minutes) Then-- take a piece of a brown PAPER bag-- and rub( yes- brown paper bag piece)-- let this sit and then, spray 1 more coat (this coat is OPTIONAL)! JUST don't stand and FLOOD a spot, because you missed that spot! Remember to keep moving and lite coats! Deft Dries SO MUCH BETTER and MUCH quicker than ANY other lacquer I used! After you are done, look at your project over next few days-- it WILL have a a harder, clean, bright look( i used GLOSS)! Deft looks BETTER WITH TIME, and NO POOLING, as it does self level!
