**Q: Can you make butter with this?**
A: No

**Q: If I were to make up the whole 1.5lb bag, how much volume of cream does it make? A gallon? More/less?**
A: You will add an equal amount of water to powder to make heavy cream. 340 teaspoons works out to just over 7 cups. I’d start with 6 cups and slowly work up to 7 or 7.5 cups.

**Q: Is this an organic product?**
A: if it was organic there would be no question,  as it would be very noticeable on package!  It is however non GMO and btw, the taste is great! I bought originally to store in case of food shortages (got to have my coffee!)  but now use it everyday!!

**Q: Has anyone successfully cultured this product to make kefir or sour cream?**
A: I use it for homemade yoghurt, but use a little whole milk with it. I don't see why it would not work, however.
