They are also a snug fit so that you can replace the credit card in the sleeve back into your wallet. It's tight at first but over time they slip in quite easily. The purpose of these sleeves is to prevent anyone from using a remote reader to to get your credit card information while you are carrying the cards. The material of the sleeves blocks this from happening. I haven't had any problems while using them.
