**Q: Does the cooler lunch bag come with a patch? is it velcro? buy for boyfriend and i’d like to get that patch.**
A: Yes, the lunch cooler bag comes with a personalized patch(black version with rugby-style and camo version with baseball-style), it is a perfect gift for men! Also,  you can easy to personalized the bag in our own style, the size of the patch panel part is 4.5"*3.9"(length*width), it's big enough to fit most patches. Thank you for your love of our ice cooler bag.

**Q: I purchased a bag similar to this bout 1-2 months ago, the zipper "threads" separated and ripped off so my bag won't close all the way...why is this?!**
A: The quality of each brand's bags is different. Our zipper is upgraded, durable and not easy to get stuck. You can buy a bag of our brand for comparison. Thank you!

**Q: How can i request a missing shoulder strap without going thru the hassle of a full return?**
A: Contact the seller. Or just send it back with a bad review. I gave a bad review for the first bag they sent me that fell apart and they sent me one for free and they refunded my money. But after I got the new bag they begged me to change my review to a good review. The new bag is also falling apart. I would suggest getting your money back.

Tons of space, great for all my food and drinks. Keeps items cold for a good 5 hours, after that my stuff is still cold but ice packs start melting but by your 10 whatever is left over is still a bit colder than room temp.
